Dr. Javith Jalill is a Sri Lankan Malay ethnic celebrity and the Youngest Clinical Psychologist at the age of 23. She obtained her Master of Science in Health & Clinical Psychology from University of West London (UK) and currently reading her PhD in Neuropsychology at the same University. And she was able to add a new era to the Higher Educational system as the First Youngest Chairperson & Founder Chancellor of the Higher Education History of Sri Lanka.  The main purpose of the institute is to develop student’s infrastructure in Education, health & poverty. And Dr. Javith Jalill is not only one of the leading persons in the Higher Educational Sector of  Sri Lanka but also one of the best Entrepreneurial Women in Sri Lanka.

When looking at the history of CAPSOISL., It  has been established in 2020 at the time of the arise of Covid -19 around the world. At the time of the start the name of the Institute was Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Ceylon (CAPSOIC); Registered Institute under the Human Resource Development Authority (Chief Ministry) in Sri Lanka and in 2022 it was declared by an Act of Parliament as a recognized Higher Educational Institute for Psychological Studies and  by Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 as a Company Limited by Guaranteed  with the new name as The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka (CAPSOISL).

Not only that that The Chiththa Advanced Psychological Studies Open Institute of Sri Lanka is recognised by the International Association of Applied Psychology (USA) and this association is the world oldest Psychology Association. Thereafter our Institutes was recognized by  The International Association of Healthcare Trainers (UK); International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (UK); The SDG Accord (UK); Skill Development Council of Canada; And Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association (Australia).
