PLANT TISSUE CULTURE TECHNIQUES

An integral part of the plant biotechnology mainly for the improvement of useful crop plants as it provides an alternative to the vegetative propagation method. It requires more attention-to-detail and practice on different areas as aseptic conditions, laboratory maintenance, media preparation, cultivation which will be covered in this program.

This program is for six weeks and best suitable for students awaiting A/L results and willing to further studies in Science, A/L biology teachers (Local/ Cambridge or Edexcel), Academics, laboratory demonstrators, MLT, and university technical officers.
