MABAPC 1115 – Abhidhammic Analysis of Human Personality
MABAPC 1125 – Mental Culture (Bhāvanā)
MABAPC 1135 – Buddhist Āyurvedic Theory of the Management of old-age (Gerontology)
MABAPC 1245 – Buddhist Āyurvedic Concepts of Food, Nutrition and Medicine
MABAPC 1255 – Rites, Rituals, Ceremonies and Astrological Aspects related to Psychiatry and counseling
MABAPC 1265 – Essay – An essay on a specific topic with a practical component should be presented at the end of the year.
Course Fee:
Foreign Buddhist Nuns and Monks – 300 USD
Foreign Students – 800 USD
Local Students – 60,000 LKR
In addition registration fee of 20,000 LKR will be charged for each additional year (for repeating students)
Entry Qualifications:
A bachelor degree (special or general) in Buddhist Studies or a related subject
Or
A bachelor degree (special or general) in any subject area and a postgraduate diploma conducted by the institute
Or
Any other academic or professional qualification acceptable by the NIIBS
