What is Health and social Care management?

Health and social care management encompasses the efforts involved in planning, directing, and coordinating non-clinical activities within health care and social care systems, organizations, and networks.

This is a very focused branch of management that requires specific knowledge of health and social care operations along with soft skills such as the ability to motivate team members, coordinate and collaborate members in a multi-disciplinary work environment, with patients /clients  and their family, members of the clinical staff, management of the organization, regulatory bodies and proactively implement needed changes.
