The main objective of Diploma in Management program is to provide basic Management knowledge, skills and attitudes of among the participants.
Accordingly, the specific objectives of the program are:
• Provide an opportunity to participants to obtain the knowledge in the field of management.
• Develop a range of skills associated with management functions.
• Give a critical understanding of modern practices in management.
• To give an opportunity to organizations to train their own employees in the university background.
• To give an opportunity to entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and various employees to improve managerial knowledge and skills.

Possesses any one of the following qualifications:
(1) (a) Passed GCE (A/L) Examination in four (4) subjects under the old syllabus
OR
(b) Passed GCE (A/L) Examination in three (3) subjects under the new syllabus
OR
(c) Passed a Foundation Program equivalent to the GCE (A/L)
OR
(d) Passed GCE (O/L) Examination with two years work experience or accredited prior learning followed by a relevant programme of study equivalent to a minimum of 30 credits
AND
(2) Demonstrated competence in the relevant field and potential for future career development;
AND
(3) A good working knowledge of the language of instruction of the Diploma program.
