To gain knowledge on Personnel Grooming and Hygiene for Kitchen function, skills and competencies of a Cook/Chef, to produce Hot and Cold beverages, different varieties of Salads/Appetizers/Snacks, Soups, Ethnic foods and also getting insights on how to manage routine functions of a Kitchen.
