Certificate in Wound Care and Limb Salvage

The course provides participants a general overview of wound care management, including how to overcome obstacles when treating different kinds of wounds. The objective is to provide health professionals who work in wound care with the information, skills, and clinical preparation they need to help people with chronic wounds. By the end of this course the participants would have a better understanding of the pathophysiology behind wound healing as well as an understanding of the various wound etiologies. The program would last over the span of 3 months and will be held both online and on-site with the on-site sessions being mandatory.
