• Able to follow the conversation’s substance and understand the relationships between the people involved while listening to and understanding coherent talks spoken at nearly normal speed in ordinary contents.

(i) pass GCE O/L examination.

2. Certificate Course in Intermediate Japanese Language (CIJL)
(i) pass the CBJL Program,
OR
hold JLPT N5 (Must be have a valid certificate at the time of application),
OR
pass the placement test conducted by the institute,
AND
(ii) pass GCE O/L examination.

3. Certificate Course in Advanced Japanese Language (CAJL)
