Carving Fast Track Course – Vegetable | Fruit | Ice | Chocolate

To gain knowledge on Vegetable, Fruit, Ice and Chocolate carving in this fast track course, start with the easiest fruits, vegetables and garnish designs and to learn the proper handling of the two most important carving knives and a number of easy and fast to do every day garnish designs, such as leaves and simple “blossoms” that can be combined to stunning plate decorations.
