To gain knowledge on Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene and Safety for Bakery function, skills and competencies of a Baker, to produce basic bread and buns, different varieties of bread and buns, Pastries, Desserts, Cakes and Cookies and also getting insights on how to manage routine functions of a Bakery.
