BAI Module 2 – Certificate in Mixology

Targeted Audience:

• Those who have followed module 1 successfully
• Those who have been working as Bartenders, in the hospitality industry

Pre-requisites: Basic module 1 or Sound knowledge on Spirits and Cocktails.
Course Duration: Approx 16 to 20 hours 5 days X 4 hours

Course Contents:

Element 1: Detailed study on the influence of production methods on Spirits and Liqueurs.

Element 2: Detailed study on Classical and innovative Cocktails to suit the market trends.

Element 3: Types of International Brands available in the market and the influence of the said brands.

Element 4: How to evaluate spirit/Liqueurs based on their categories in a systematic manner.

Element 5: How to provide information and advice to Customers/Staff on Spirits/Liqueurs.

Element 6: Evaluation.

Upon successful Completion you will receive a Beverage Academy International Certificate.
