Slicca the International award winning institute which was previously known as the finest bakes institute was established in the year of 2012 on the 5th day of May.

The institute gained popularity as the pioneers in one day culinary workshop in Sri Lanka. The Founder/Directress Dr. Fathima Rushda introduced more short courses in Cake decorating, Pastry and Bakery and International cookery creating more opportunities for many ladies across the country to become independent home baker with over 12000 students graduating up to date.

Finest bakes institute started the first International operation in 2016 with Paul Bradford training UK, Qualifying students with diplomas in cake decorating. Later the institute was affiliated with the Oxford collage of management in UK, on Sky Global USA to provide wide recognition in cakes and hospitality management.
