Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka provides the accounting knowledge to the professionals from early levels. Students can set their paths to become Fellow Members of the Association, which is the highest qualification that can be earned. The middle level accountants profession in all the government and private sector demands AAT qualified professionals. Therefore, the job security for a AAT qualified students is guaranteed. Further, most of the GCE Advanced Level students do AAT parallely to their Advanced Level studies to get an additional academic assistance.

Continuously over the past decade, AAT qualified students were able to get all the high island-rankers in Advanced Level Commerce stream.
