NEXT GENERATION SEQUENCE IN SILICO ANALYSIS

This program aims to deliver a strong foundation to the field of Bioinformatics. Course consists of Linux, Basic R and Python, Introduction to NGS and pipelines, RNAseq data analysis, genomic data visualization, genome and transcriptome assembly with hands on experience on bio-informatics tools.

This program is for six weeks and best suitable for undergraduate students, graduate researchers, academics, scientists, and PhD or research students.
