Bachelor of Arts General Degree Programme

BA in Christian Civilization General Degree programme aims at providing an overall knowledge of Christian Civilization focusing on developing skills and attitudes needed for the contemporary world, inculcating a critical and constructive perspective and obliging mindset needed for a pluralistic context.

For General Degree, according to the old structure of the Faculty of Arts, a student can select any two disciplines and follow the courses provided and complete the degree within three years by obtaining a minimum of 90 credits. However, according to the new curriculum, the students who are allocated to the Faculty of Arts offer Christian Civilization as one of the three subjects (study disciplines) for the BA Degree. Out of the 90 credits, they will earn a minimum of 22 credits in Christian Civilization. The department offers core and elective courses every semester, and the faculty (Faculty of Arts) foundational, supplementary and auxiliary courses.
