Higher Diploma in Buddhist Counselling

Buddhist counseling and psychotherapy. In the field of modern education, there is a high recognition for Buddhist counseling. These courses are expected to provide the necessary guidance to manage their own lives as well as to develop the professional skills of anyone who is engaged in the counseling service as a support service and who wants to enter it.

These courses have been introduced as weekend courses designed to suit psychologists, academics, education, health, legal, human resource management professionals and military and police officers, as well as anyone interested in a substantive academic study of Buddhist psychology and counseling.

Admission Eligibility:

A degree in any field from a recognized university or having passed the Diploma in Buddhist Counseling / Devurudu Advanced Certificate course offered by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka

or 

Having passed a Diploma in Buddhist Counseling / Psychology from any University or a Diploma in Psychology or Counseling from a recognized educational institution or having passed the Buddhism Diploma/ Advanced Diploma Examination of Dhamma University or having passed the Buddhism Advanced Diploma Examination or Govt or Non-Government Counseling Service 3 years of experience in an organization.
